Essential Documents

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) – Get from any Gas-Safe registered engineer. Annual requirement.
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) – Required every 5 years from an NICEIC or NAPIT registered electrician.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – Valid for 10 years. Find an assessor on the EPC register.
Fire Risk Assessment – Can be done yourself or by a professional. Review annually.
